Plans for teams & workplaces

Navigating change and optimising team dynamics within the workplace can be a challenging endeavour. Whether your team is embarking on a new project, overcoming challenges such as organisational shifts, or striving for enhanced collaboration, understanding individual strengths and the team's collective strengths is the key to fostering a resilient and high-performing environment.

Teams Strengths Assessments empower teams to embrace change with confidence, providing invaluable insights into the individual strengths that collectively contribute to your team's success.

Reasons to engage in a Teams Strengths Session

  • Get to know each other better and celebrate each other’s capabilities, successes, and potential.

  • Identify and collate a project team for a specific purpose.

  • Work towards common goals including upholding your company’s vision and values collaboratively.

  • Understand the potential power of your collective group.

  • Resolve challenges.

Benefits

  • Strengths identification and use improves relationships, communication and teamwork

  • People who use their strengths daily are six times more likely to be engaged in their work

  • When leadership focus on strengths, engagement rises to 73% (compared to 9% when they don’t)

  • Employees using their strengths daily are 38% more likely to be productive.

  • When performance conversations focus on strengths employees are 36% more likely to be productive

  • 98% of employees want their leaders to recognise their strengths

How it works

  • Each employee completes an individual Strengths Profile session (online)

  • Individual employees are debriefed on their specific profile

  • The Team profile collates the data collectively.

  • The team profile report is shared with managers/leaders and we work together to decide next steps for implementation.
